On a browser:
- Head to amazon.com.au/prime in your web browser.
- Click on Manage My Membership at the top of the page
- Hover over the Manage Membership section at the top-right of the screen, then tap the End Membership button.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed to cancelling your Prime membership.
On the Amazon Shopping app:
- Open the Amazon Shopping app on your device.
- On the bottom of the screen, tap the Profile button, which looks like a silhouette of a person.
- Go to your account and scroll down to Account Settings.
- Select Manage Prime Membership.
- Press on the Manage Membership drop-down menu, and press the Manage Membership button in that menu.
- Press on the End Membership button.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed to cancelling your Prime membership.
