Renewing your Prime membership
As your membership period ends, Amazon automatically renews and charges for the next membership period on your preferred card. You can also choose the option of getting a renewal reminder before the membership period ends. However, in certain circumstances where you have actively cancelled your subscription, you will have to renew your Prime membership manually. This step-by-step guide will help you renew your membership quickly, allowing you to enjoy all of Prime benefits ranging from entertainment and shopping discounts to early access, and free delivery and more.
Step 1: Sign in to your Amazon account
Head to Amazon.com.au on your browser, and you will see the sign-in option in the top right corner of the window. If you are using the Amazon mobile app, click on the You icon on the bottom navigation bar and enter your credentials to sign in.
Step 2: Navigate to your Prime membership page
On your browser, head to the Account & Lists option in the top right corner of your window. Select Your Prime Membership to manage your Prime subscription.
Step 3: Rejoin Prime
On the Prime membership page, click on the option to Rejoin Amazon Prime and the Activate your Prime Membership to get started.
Step 4: Add your preferred payment method to renew your membership
After selecting to activate your membership option, add your preferred payment method. Enter the details and make the payment to renew your membership. You can choose to pay from your credit/debit card.
If you’ve already used your 30-day free trial or are renewing your membership, you can become a Prime member for AU$9.99 per month, or $79 for an annual membership.
