“Dax is proud that I deliver smiles to people. Banks is proud we have snacks and lollies!”

Bryce, who has worked for Amazon for the past four years, says his kids were amazed to see how he helps Santa to deliver all those presents on Christmas Day.

“It creates purpose and a sense of pride to have my children see first-hand what I do best. The accomplishment I feel and inclusion that we all feel is something special,” he says.
